The Executive Chef at Trader's Grill is Mr. Sean Tweten. Sean joined the Explorer's Culinary Arts Department in early 2010 and is award winning chef who has worked in hotels and resorts around the world.

Chef Sean guides the cuisine at Trader's Grill which includes steaks and other culinary specialties. Our steaks are aged a minimum of 28 days to ensure extra, melt in your mouth tenderness.
